Returns and Refunds

1. From the date of receipt, you have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it. If you have owned the item for more than 7 days, it will be deemed used and we will not return or replace any item to you. No exceptions! The freight shall be borne by the buyer.

2. All returned items must be in their original packaging and you must provide us with the shipping tracking number and the specific reason for the return.

3. We will return your full payment upon receipt of the item in its original state and the package containing all components and accessories.

For wholesale, we will offer discounts or free express delivery, only 3-7 days to arrive.

For direct shipment, we can send the goods directly to your customers. If you prefer, we will not leave any information about us.

If you run out of time to buy protection, please contact us, we can help you to extend the purchase time. Therefore, your money will not go into my account.
